11th June Hen Party of 8 Guided Ride in the New Forest
Many thanks for such a wonderful time – Natalie loved it! We’ll certainly be recommending you in the future! Susanne
Just wanted to say thanks again for being so patient with us on Saturday for Natalie's hen do (snow white if you remember...!). We all had a great time and Natalie really enjoyed it. I particularly enjoyed the games by the lake! You were really fantastic at catering for the mixed abilities and I'm very proud to have got up that godawful hill at the end! Lucy

Trail Guide Qualification 18th to 21st March 2011
I found the course very beneficial in developing and progressing my skills in cycling as well as leading and managing groups. The speed and content were pitched well and good use of time was made by having pre and post work to do in the log books. Personally I would have liked to have seen the log books before the course so I had an idea of what was in store and the main areas of work/skills we would be covering. Although I was aware I wasn’t the strongest member of the group I was always made to feel positive about what I was achieving which in turn gave me the confidence to take things forward and improve. A well paced and delivered course, with a good balance between practical and theory. I would have liked all the literature before hand and some examples of CTA and ops procedure or some sort of guidance for putting them together. I have experienced similar things before but would have been useful to be able to compare and for those that go on the course that have no knowledge of ops and emergency procedures it would be useful. Really enjoyed the course - a great way to spend two working days and I learned a fair bit. Shame about the weather on the Friday. I really valued the practical outdoor stuff and appreciated the planning that you did in advance of the course. I found the paperwork less enjoyable, but recognise that it forms an important part of the qualification. National Park Authority - Tourism Officer
Saturday 30th October - Intermediate Guided Ride - New Forest
Hi, just wanted to e-mail some feedback from my ride on 30/10/10. Just to say that I really enjoyed the ride, I hadn't ridden for over a year and the instructor, Dave, made me feel really comfortable before and during the ride, showing me some really useful technical skills along the way which made it easier as I went along.
We rode for 3.5 hours which I thought was the optimum time for me as I was just starting to feel quite tired when we ended - again, Dave judged this well.
Thanks for the experience. Will definitely book again and hopefully will get my wife and young son involved in the future. Richard R from Bromsgrove
